When you order online coahing, you will be sent an easy-to-fill mapping form. The form is necessary for me to be able to adapt the training and diet plan to your wishes, needs, goals and starting point!

Meals can be made for the whole family, as you choose the number of people in the shopping list
Then it is easier and cheaper to shop for groceries when the whole family can eat the same meals as you
